Recruitment Process.

Principles of recruitment in Storck are identical for all candidates, irrespective of the department to which you address your application.

The requirements expected from the candidates depend on the job profile, however, the most important for us is the following: your personality and growth potential.

We prize those candidates who may pride themselves not only on professional achievements, but also on participation in different types of events, where their initiative and consequence are decisive to achieve the intended purpose.

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

Stage I

In response to the published job offer, send us your motivation letter and CV or fill in the application form.

Stage II

If your application documents are accepted by us, we will invite you to participate in the interview stage. You may be asked to participate in group tasks and tests, as well. During such interviews, you will have the opportunity to meet both representatives of Human Resources Department and manager or director of the department you would like to work with.

Furthermore, this will be the opportunity for you to find out more about Storck.

Stage III

After the interviews, on the basis of the information obtained during the recruitment process, we will make decision regarding the choice of the best Candidate meeting our expectations.

The whole process will last minimum 4 weeks.

We warrant that the information obtained from the Candidates during the recruitment process will remain confidential. We protect the provided documents in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
